Lead Ingestion and Processing

When leads are submitted to Leadveyor through various channels (email, forms, webhooks, or manual entry), we process this information through our AI-powered pipeline:

  • Validation: AI determines whether submitted content constitutes a genuine lead

  • Parsing: Extraction of structured information (names, contact details, location, etc.)

  • Enrichment: Calculation of geographic distance, trigger analysis, and categorization

  • Duplicate Detection: Checking for existing similar leads within a 4-hour window


AI Processing Notice

Your lead data is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to provide intelligent validation, parsing, and categorization. This processing helps automatically organize and prioritize your leads. The AI analyzes lead content but does not store or use your data for training purposes beyond the immediate processing task.

Real-Time Collaboration

Leadveyor uses Ably's real-time infrastructure to synchronize lead updates across your team members. When you or your team members update leads, this information is transmitted in real-time to all authorized users within your account through secure WebSocket connections.
